NoScript Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using NoScript and the one-time full unlock.

Effective date: 12 August 2026

1. App license

NoScript is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.

2. Your speech content

You own the speech content, notes, prompts, and memory cues that you create in NoScript. NoScript does not claim ownership of your speeches.

You are responsible for the content you create, store, and practise in the app.

3. Use of the app

NoScript is a public speaking practice tool. It helps you move from a full script to section prompts, memory cues, and no-script practice.

The app is designed to help you practise from structure and meaning, not to force perfect word-for-word memorisation.

4. Acceptable use

You should not use NoScript to create, store, or practise content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or content that you do not have the right to use.

5. Purchases and refunds

NoScript offers a one-time full unlock through Apple in-app purchase.

Payments, refunds, restore purchases, and purchase management are handled by Apple according to App Store rules and your Apple account settings.

6. Practice results

NoScript is a practice tool. Your results may depend on your preparation, delivery, audience, setting, and other factors outside the app.

7. App changes

NoScript may be updated over time to improve features, fix bugs, adjust limits, or change the product experience.
