StayPawsed Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using StayPawsed and StayPawsed Subscription.

1. App license
StayPawsed is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app.
2. What StayPawsed does
StayPawsed is a screen-break tool designed to create a short moment of intention before or during use of apps you choose to protect. Current protection modes include Pawse on Open and Daily Time Limit.
Pawse on Open and Daily Time Limit may both be enabled. Daily Time Limit uses either Per App or Combined limits.
3. Screen Time permissions and system behaviour
StayPawsed relies on Apple Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity. The availability and behaviour of these features can depend on Apple system permissions, iOS behaviour, device settings, and changes made by Apple.
StayPawsed is intended to support intentional phone use. It does not guarantee that you will stop using an app or reduce screen time.
4. Your media and messages
You are responsible for the pet media, messages, and other content you choose to use in StayPawsed. You should only use content that you have the right to use.
5. StayPawsed Subscription
StayPawsed offers auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple. Individual Monthly and Individual Yearly do not include Apple Family Sharing. Family Monthly and Family Yearly support Apple Family Sharing for eligible members of the purchaser’s Apple Family Sharing group.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and Family Sharing availability are handled through Apple according to your App Store settings and Apple’s terms.
6. Free and paid access
Free users can protect 1 app. StayPawsed Subscription users can protect multiple apps. Features, limits, and pricing may be updated over time, subject to applicable App Store requirements.
7. App changes
StayPawsed may be updated over time to improve features, fix bugs, adjust limits, or respond to changes in iOS and Apple’s Screen Time frameworks.
